Structure
Tips for using the automatic inserter
Automatic paper inserting machine, also known as microcomputer numerical control rotor automatic paper inserting machine, is a device specially designed to insert insulating paper into the rotor slot. The machine is equipped with automatic forming and cutting of paper.
This machine is operated by single-chip microcomputer and pneumatic components. It can be installed on the workbench with the adjustable parts on one side and the control box on the top for easy operation. The device has an intuitive display and is user-friendly.
Here are some tips for using the automatic inserter:
Install
1. Install the machine at a place where the altitude does not exceed 1000m.
2. The ideal ambient temperature range is 0~40℃.
3. Keep the relative humidity below 80%RH.
4. The amplitude should be less than 5.9m/s.
5. Avoid exposing the machine to direct sunlight and make sure the environment is clean without excessive dust, explosive gas or corrosive substances.
6. In order to prevent the risk of electric shock, if the shell or the machine fails, please be sure to ground the machine reliably before use.
7. The power inlet line should not be less than 4mm.
8. Use the bottom four corner bolts to install the machine firmly and make sure it is level.
Maintain
1. Keep the machine clean.
2. Regularly check the tightness of mechanical parts, ensure reliable electrical connections, and check whether the capacitors are working properly.
3. After use, turn off the power.
4. Regularly lubricate the sliding parts of the guide rails.
5. Verify that both pneumatic sections of the machine are functioning properly. The part on the left is an oil-water filter bowl that should be emptied when an oil-water mixture is detected. The air source usually shuts itself off when emptying. The pneumatic part on the right is the oil cup, which needs to be mechanically lubricated with sticky paper to lubricate the cylinder, solenoid valve and oil cup. Use the upper adjustment screw to adjust the amount of atomized oil, making sure it's not set too high. Check the oil level line regularly.
