● Normal operating speed is 2600-3000 cycles per minute (depending on the thickness of stator, the number of coil turns and the diameter of wire), and the machine has no obvious vibration and noise.
● The machine can arrange the coils neatly in the hanging cup and make the main and secondary phase coils at the same time. It is especially suitable for stator winding with high output requirements. It can automatically winding, automatic jumping, automatic processing of bridge lines, automatic shearing and automatic indexing at one time.
● The man-machine’s interface can set the parameters of circle number, winding speed, sinking die height, sinking die speed, winding direction, cupping angle, etc. The winding tension can be adjusted, and the length can be adjusted arbitrarily by the full servo control of the bridge line. It has the functions of continuous winding and discontinuous winding, and can meet the requirements of 2 poles, 4 poles, 6 poles and 8-poles motor coil winding.

FAQ
Problem : Take the sound film to move forward and backward, the cylinder does not move, only moves up and down
Solution:
Reason: The sound film advances and retreats and the cylinder sensor detects the signal at the same time. Check and adjust the sensor position. If the sensor is damaged, it needs to be replaced.
Problem: The diaphragm fixture continues to register loading, even with no diaphragm attached, or registers three diaphragms in a row without alarming.
Solution:
This issue may arise from two possible reasons. Firstly, the setting value of the vacuum detection meter may be too low, preventing it from detecting the signal of the material. Adjusting the negative pressure value to a suitable range can eliminate this issue. Secondly, the vacuum and generator could be obstructed, resulting in insufficient pressure. To ensure optimal functionality, it is advisable to clean the vacuum and generator system regularly.
