● This machine is a vertical double-position stator wire insertion machine. One work position is used to manually pull the winding coil into the wire insertion die (or with a manipulator). At the same time, it completes the cutting and punching of the insulating paper at the bottom of the slot and pre pushes the paper.
● Another position is used to insert the coil into the iron core. It has the protection function of single tooth insulating paper and the loading and unloading function of double-sided manipulator. It can directly carry the stator embedded in the wire to the automatic wire body.
● Two position working at the same time,so can get high efficiency.
● This machine adopts pneumatic and AC servo system combined with motion control system integrated control.
● It is equipped with man-machine interface display, with dynamic display, fault alarm display and function parameter setting.
